Szemlo Cave

Visitors are only allowed in the cave with a guide and tours leave every hour.
Tickets are 1000 Huf for adults and 800 Huf for children, students, retired but there are lots of discounts so it is worth asking about the price. The cave is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day.
You can get there by bus number 91 or 291 and you have to get off at Cimbalom street. From there you can walk down Pusztaszeri street for about 10 minutes.

Only about 800 metres from the cave there is another one called Pal-volgyi barlang or Pal-valley cave. It is the second longest cave in Hungary but only 500 metres can be visited. You can see beautiful dripstones and specially formed rocks.
The tour in Pal-volgyi cave takes about an hour and just like in the other cave warm clothes are also recommended. Tickets are 1200 Huf for adults and 960 Huf for children and students but there is a combined ticket for 1650 Huf and 1170 Huf for both caves.
